WWE Elimination Chamber 2018 Predictions

Image/Logo copyright of WWE

WWE Elimination Chamber 2018, the last Raw Brand only PPV before WrestleMania 34. This will be the last PPV event where big story plans/plots for the Raw Brand to be corrected/changed before WrestleMania 34 (but not the last time as a whole as there will be a few more episodes of Raw before WrestleMania 34), which means either a story plan/plot can be closer to be set in stone for the showcase of the immortals or where there can be a big surprise plot twist that will catch everyone off guard and have everyone shocked.

Now let’s get on with the predictions.

Just like in previous predictions, I will be following these rules/guidelines: -

  • I will be predicting only the current matches that have been announced so far at the moment in time.

  • The matches will be in Random Order as I don't know what order they will be presented to us.

  • If a match gets restarted due to some rule-breaking being found out and etc, then the restarted outcome will be considered the true cannon result and the previous one will be discarded due to the restart.

  • (c) - Refers to the Champion(s) heading into the match

Pre-Show Match

Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson (The Club)

Vs

Bo Dallas & Curtis Axel (The Miztourage)

Winners: Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson (The Club)

As this is a Pre-Show match, I think that they will keep this match very short, clean, and to the point. The Miztourage seems like a team that is taking lost after lost and they will have to win one but while The Miz is able to keep his Intercontinental Championship, they will be taking the defeats.

The Club would lose plenty of momentum, if they lost to The Miztourage, especially after getting a nudge from legendary groups like DX, NWO, The Kliq, etc. It will also, be a great way to get the WWE Universe (Crowd/Audience) warmed up for the main show.

1st Ever Women's Elimination Chamber Match

Alexa Bliss (c) Vs Bayley Vs Mandy Rose Vs Mickie James Vs Sasha Banks Vs Sonya Deville

For the WWE Raw Women's Championship

Winner: Alexa Bliss

(And STILL WWE Raw Women's Champion)

I feel that Alexa Bliss still has plenty to do for the WWE Raw Women's Championship and that she also seems to be like a female version of Edge, in the fact that she is willing to use any opportunity/chance to keep her championship around her waist.

However, I feel that Alexa Bliss will win the match by defeating Bayley last, who will have recently eliminated Sasha Banks, which could either lead to a Sasha Banks Heel Turn in the future or the Heel Turn will appear in the match, which Alexa will take advantage of.

The Bar (Cesaro & Sheamus) (c)

Vs

Titus Worldwide (Apollo & Titus O'Neil) (with Dana Brooke)

for the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship

Winners: The Bar

(And STILL WWE Raw Tag Team Champions)

Yes, Titus Worldwide, have had a number of victories over the WWE Raw Tag Team Champions lately but that seems to be the only break that they have had so far and feel that they only have this opportunity as they are one of the few Raw Tag Teams that haven't fought for the Championship.

The Bar themselves have had the WWE Raw Tag Team Championship for quite some time (especially if you don't include the small reign of Seth Rollins & Jason Jordan between The Bar's Championship Reigns) but I don't think it's the right time now. I feel that the right time will be at WrestleMania 34.

Asuka Vs Nia Jax

If Nia Jax wins she will be added to Asuka's Championship Match at WrestleMania 34

Winner: Asuka

I feel as though this match could have an interesting twist, while also keeping the current plans going ahead. The reason why I think that, is because I feel that Nia Jax will get close to defeating Asuka but it won't happen and it will be because of Alexa Bliss trying to assist Nia Jax in getting the victory but ultimately it will end up costing Nia Jax the match, which could lead to the friendship break up of Alexa Bliss & Nia Jax, while also allowing Asuka to keep her Winning Streak going into WrestleMania 34.

"Woken" Matt Hardy Vs Bray Wyatt

Winner: Bray Wyatt

I feel this match could have gone either way, especially with the rumour of Jeff Hardy returning soon to WWE, however, I feel that Bray Wyatt, needs to have the win against Matt Hardy because at the moment, he is "Woken" but losing to Bray Wyatt again could lead to a change from "Woken" to "Broken".

Men's Elimination Chamber Match

Braun Strowman Vs Elias Vs Finn Bálor Vs John Cena Vs Roman Reigns Vs Seth Rollins Vs The Miz

For a WWE Universal Championship Match at WrestleMania 34 (Most likely against Brock Lesnar)

Winner: Braun Strowman

I know that this will most likely be the popular choice to have to win this match but I have to say, the way that Braun Strowman has been lately, I feel that he will cause a big upset and throw the rumoured WrestleMania 34 match of Roman Reigns Vs Brock Lesnar completely out of the window by Eliminating Roman Reigns last in this Match to face against The Beast Incarnate at The Show Case of The Immortals.

As for Roman Reigns, I feel that it would be a good call to have him team up with Seth Rollins to go against The Bar at WrestleMania 34 instead of the rumouredWrestleMania 34 match against Brock Lesnar, which if that result comes to play, I predict that there will be plenty of boos from the WWE Universe (Crowd/Audience). Where a Victory for Braun Strowman could lead to a massive pop to send everyone home happy.

These are my predictions for WWE Elimination Chamber 2018.

I will admit that by having the WWE Universal Champion, Brock Lesnar be missing for the PPV, it may disappoint a few viewers but still think that it will be very entertaining and could have one last final surprise that may catch everyone off guard.

Also, I do know that there will be a contract signing for "Rowdy" Ronda Rousey but I haven't included it in my predictions as it won't involve a match at WWE Elimination Chamber 2018, however it will most likely reveal what the WWE has planned for her at WrestleMania 34.

So, with all that being said, please let me know in the comments section below, if you agree, disagree, and what your predictions are for WWE Elimination Chamber 2018.
